Why does my washer bang loudly during spin?
Most often a worn suspension rod, shock, or an unbalanced load — but it can also mean a failing bearing. We isolate the exact source before quoting so you're not paying for parts you don't need.
My washer won't drain — is that a cheap fix?
Usually, yes. A clogged drain pump filter or a kinked drain hose accounts for most no-drain calls and is one of our fastest repairs.
Is it safe to keep using a leaking washer?
We'd recommend not running it until it's looked at — a slow door-seal leak can hide a bigger issue, and standing water near electrical components is a real risk.
Do you repair front-load and top-load machines?

What does an error code on the display mean?
Modern washers log a code for the system that tripped — drainage, door lock, motor, or water level are the most common. We can usually tell you what it points to over the phone before we even arrive.
